The course shall last 16 hours and will be our managing partner Luis Torres-Septi\u00e9n and our associates Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Zayas, Santiago Barroso and Andr\u00e9s Etienne, who will analyze, review and debate with the participants relevant issues related to the legal framework and applicable regulations within football in Mexico and other countries.
