Our partner taught once again several sessions in the Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills with FC Barcelona of ISDE, in which he addressed several tax issues, starting with an approach to direct and indirect taxation in Spain and then analyzed the main tax aspects related to the soccer industry, such as tax residency, the tax implications of the payment of agency fees by clubs, or the comparative taxation between the major European leagues, among others.
