Our partner Eduardo Montejo has once again participated in the Football Law Course organized by the Sports Law Hub. His session, held as part of the “Taxation and Financial Planning in Professional Football” module, covered various tax-related topics such as issues of tax residency, the fiscal impact of agency fees, image rights structures, and the latest relevant case law developments.
