Purposes of Processing

 

CLIENT MANAGEMENT: Administrative, accounting, and tax management of requested services, and sending commercial communications.

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: Administrative, accounting, and tax management of contracted services and supplier contact information.

MANAGEMENT OF LEGAL FILES: Legal advice, mediation, and representation, together with the corresponding tax, accounting, and administrative management.

ETHICS HOTLINE MANAGEMENT: Managing the internal whistleblowing channel to report acts or conduct contrary to applicable regulations.

RECRUITMENT: Managing received CVs and conducting personnel selection processes.

CONTACT FORMS: Responding to enquiries and sending commercial communications, including by electronic means.

 

Data Retention

 

Data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship remains in place, or for the period required to meet applicable legal obligations.

CVs will be retained for two years after the last interaction.
