Our senior associate, Roberto Rodríguez, participated as a speaker at the 6th ‘LaLiga Sports Law Meeting 2025/2026,’ analyzing the main tax issues related to the exploitation of image rights in professional sports. He was joined by Antonio Sempere (Professor at Rey Juan Carlos University) and Alberto Palomar Olmeda (Professor of Administrative Law at Carlos III University), who summarized and analyzed the latest case law developments in sports law. Additionally, Yolanda Cano (Professor of Labor and Social Security Law at Rey Juan Carlos University) spoke about the current framework addressing violence, racism, and xenophobia.
