After starting out at Deloitte and CUNEF, he joined Real Madrid CF, where over eight years he was part of the team driving the club’s modernization, leading the areas of stadium operations, asset development, members and fans. In 2008 he founded Zertior Sports & Entertainment, a firm specializing in advisory services to the sports and entertainment industry, with a particular focus on strategy, business development, infrastructure, marketing, communications and events. Since 1 January 2026, Zertior and SFA have integrated their activities under the SFA brand, with Raúl taking on, among other corporate responsibilities, the leadership of the Strategy, Business and Communications vertical.
